With the support of Edgbaston NNS and Public Health Birmingham, Alzheimer’s Society and Leaf Creative Arts are proud to be working together on a brand new project to improve the lives of people in Harborne who are living with dementia and their carers.
We are working towards making Harborne a more dementia friendly area by:
Listening to the needs of local people.
Connecting people with information about local services and community groups.
Offering free information packs and a one hour Dementia Awareness (‘Dementia Friends’) session to local businesses.

Harborne Market - 'Dementia Friends' information sessions: Saturday 15th November 12pm and 2pm
Come and meet the Dementia Friendly Harborne team at Harborne Market on Saturday 15th November between 10am and 3pm. We will also be running two FREE one hour Dementia Friends information sessions at 12pm and 2pm on the same day for anyone who would like learn more about dementia. These sessions will be held at Oasis Church on South Street, just off Harborne High Street, B17 0DB
