About Our Dementia Friendly Harborne Project
With the support of Edgbaston NNP and Public Health Birmingham, Alzheimer’s Society and Leaf Creative Arts are proud to be working together on a brand new project to improve the lives of people in Harborne who are living with dementia and their carers.
We are working towards making Harborne a more dementia friendly area by:
Listening to the needs of local people.
Connecting people with information about local services and community groups.
Offering free information packs and a one hour Dementia Awareness (‘Dementia Friends’) session to local businesses.
